Bringing music creation to life in real-time, VISAL was founded in 2020 by Velican Sagun and Bora Çifterler, who aim to push contemporary music’s boundaries. This dynamic duo performs music through improvisation and advanced synthesis, blending traditional melodies with modern beats. Their shows merge traditional instruments with electronic sounds, creating a visual and rhythmic experience that captivates the audience and fosters emotional connections. One of the duo’s first performances took place at “Peep Art Space.” However, we truly discovered them in 2023 at Müze Gazhane. We couldn’t decide whether to focus on the music or the stunning visual display. VISAL’s performances are dynamic, shaped by spontaneous improvisations, and make the audience feel like a part of the stage.
Recently, VISAL released their new single, Yandan Yandan, sharing it with music lovers.
